New scents launching in September
The beginning of the fashion year starts in the fall for many of us. Ditto, beauty. Say hello to the perfumes launching in September.
Acqua di Parma Colonia Pura
Our love for this Italian fragrance house runs deep, so it’s no surprise we’re stoked for the launch of Colonia Pura, the latest cologne in the Colonia line. Pura aims to be lighter than its predecessors, but still maintains all the freshness that you’ve come to expect from Acqua di Parma’s colognes. Bergamot, orange, petit grain, jasmine, narcissus and coriander mingle before drying down to a patchouli-and-cedar base. It’s vibrant and bright, but still classic.

Yves Saint Laurent Y
A new fougere from the house of YSL was made by perfumer Dominique Ropion and aims to capture a younger male audience compared to other in the Yves Saint Laurent fragrance lineup. It was inspired by two garments: the classic white T-shirt, and a well-fitting black jacket. Notes of aldehydes, bergamot, ginger and geranium embody the former; fir, ambergris and incense are meant to distill the attitude of the the latter.

Prada Luna Rossa Carbon
Prada adds to its Luna Rossa collection with Carbon, and lends a metallic edge to the fresh aromatic original. Here, we have notes of bergamot, patchouli, amber and lavender.
