“My favourite scent is Les Exclusifs de Chanel in Jersey. I’ve always loved the spa-like, fresh yet comforting scent of lavender, but could never commit to it in a fragrance. Then I discovered Jacques Polge’s Jersey, which blends the masculine, airy note with a powdery rose, jasmine and a burnt sugar second-skin base, and I learned monogamy can be thrilling.”
