Apply a fragrance low on the body, says fragrance expert Danny Ventura, International Training Manager at Beauté Prestige Internationale, on the ribs, tummy, thighs and moving up, on the décolletage. “This allows the fragrance to rise with your natural body heat,” he says, “and envelop the wearer all day long. It will also protect the delicate skin on the neck from the alcohol found in fragrance.”
