What is pomelo?

Pomelo is the largest of the citrus fruits. Its thick yellow-green skin hides a thick rind and white to pink fruity pulp. Closest to a grapefruit, it is somewhat milder and sweeter than its relation. Pomelos can be enjoyed like any citrus fruit, and the rind is often used for marmalade.

In fragrance, pomelo smells like a milder grapefruit, without the bitterness, making it a great citrus note.

She has yet to nail down her favourite perfume, but knows that it smells green, earthy and maybe a little bit spicy, but definitely not sweet.
