Cedrat: The citrus fruit defines the fresh nature of L'Occitane's new grooming…
Perfume review, Bottega Veneta Pour Homme Extreme
By Deborah Fulsang
Dads should smell good. In our brains, the modern male with children should teach the art and craft of grooming to his progeny, and he should lead by example. His fragrance should be refined, nod to tradition but be new too. He should perfume his person with a scent that’s fresh but also rich and complex. His fragrance should suggest depth of character; taste. The perfect choice for this discerning father: Bottega Veneta Pour Homme Extreme.
This latest scent from the 49-year-old Italian firm reflects the brand’s history and traditions in leather craftsmanship and artistry. It’s a sensual scent (not that we suggest you think of your dad as sexy—that would be weird) with notes of labdanum, spicy pimento, wood and leather. And it would make an amazing Father’s Day gift—or just a great gift for the special man in your life who loves to smell good.
